About this project

Aker Tech House in Fornebu is one of Norway's most prominent innovation buildings, designed by Swedish architecture firm Wingårdh Arkitektkontor and developed by Aker Property Group. The building brings together Aker BP, Cognite, and the wider Aker group under one roof, and holds BREEAM Excellent certification with energy class A.

Our scope of delivery

Høyden Global delivered certified access systems for the building's internal facade, enabling safe maintenance access for window cleaning and ventilation upkeep.

  • Mono-rail systems and anchor bolts (EN795) for rope access to internal facade surfaces

  • Anchor bolts (EN795) for fall protection during roof-level ventilation maintenance
