About this project

Construction City is a recently completed office development on Ulven in Oslo, developed by Construction City Eiendom (OBOS), with Construction City Bygg, a joint venture between AF Gruppen and Betonmast, as general contractor. Designed by LINK Arkitektur, the 105,000 m² building brings together key players across the Nordic construction industry under one roof. Høyden Global delivered a fully engineered access and fall protection system for the building's roof and facade, designed to support safe inspection, maintenance and operational access throughout the building's lifetime.

Our scope of delivery

  • Post-and-wire fall protection system for roof access

  • Rail-based access system for facades

All anchor points are engineered to a minimum load of 14kN. The system was modelled in full 3D and delivered as an IFC file for cross-discipline coordination.
