About this project

Firdo is a new 14-storey office building in Keski-Pasila, Helsinki, developed and built by Skanska. Located next to Pasila railway station and the Mall of Tripla, the building targets LEED Platinum and WELL Gold certification and is scheduled for completion in 2027. Høyden Global delivered the access and fall protection systems for the building's facade in 2026.

Our scope of delivery

Høyden Global designed and installed two integrated systems for safe rope access to the facade, enabling efficient window cleaning, facade maintenance and lifting operations throughout the building's lifetime.

  • Mono-rail system with movable C-lever for combined fall protection and facade access - the C-lever design ensures no load is applied to the parapet coping, preserving the building's facade integrity

  • Mono-rail system with movable lifting beam for facade access and window replacement operations

Both systems are certified under EN795 as approved anchor points for rope access work.
