About this project
Regndroppen is a new office development in Hyllie, Malmö, designed with a strong focus on sustainability, green roof areas and integrated outdoor spaces. Høyden worked closely with Skanska during the detailed coordination phase to develop façade access and fall protection solutions around the building’s terraces, roof areas and internal atrium.
The access systems were carefully integrated into the building architecture, allowing the green roof and terrace areas to remain functional while providing safe access for long-term façade and atrium maintenance.
