About this project
Setra vei is a high-end residential development in Holmenkollen, Oslo, developed by Gjelsten Bolig and built by Vedal Entreprenør. Designed by Heggelund & Koxvold Arkitekter, the project is situated in one of Oslo's most prestigious hillside locations with panoramic views over the city. Høyden Global delivered a wire-based fall protection system for safe roof-level access, combined with certified anchor bolts for rope access technicians working on the facades.

All anchor points are engineered to a minimum load of 14kN. The system was modelled in full 3D and delivered as an IFC file for cross-discipline coordination.
