About this project

Spektrumkvarteret is a major mixed-use development in central Oslo, developed by Aspelin Ramm and Stiftelsen NOVA Spektrum, with HENT AS as general contractor. Designed by LPO Arkitekter, the project combines a high-rise office tower with a renewed congress and cultural venue at the heart of the city. Høyden Global delivered a fully engineered access and fall protection system for the building's facade and roof, designed to support safe maintenance and inspection access throughout the building's lifetime.

Our scope of delivery

  • Certified mono-rail system (EN795) - integrated above the facade

  • Davit arm solution for window replacement

  • Wire-based fall protection system for additional roof coverage

All anchor points are engineered to a minimum load of 14kN. The system was modelled in full 3D and delivered as an IFC file for cross-discipline coordination.
